Dear Carolyn,

This e-mail is being distributed to all students who have indicated that they would like to participate in the winter program.  I will be making out the schedule this week.  If you have any questions or last minute conflicts, this would be a good time to send me an e-mail.

Once I have made the schedule I will send it out to everyone.  Again, if a conflict arises, or I have failed to honor a request, please just let me know.
Filming Sessions
                  (At Swing Solutions)
Each participant will have eight filming sessions with Carolyn.   These classes are in a 4 to 1 ratio and they are valuable time for individualized work.  If you are going to miss because of a conflict, please call Swing Solutions and Carolyn will try to arrange a make-up.
Coach Howe

Classes are on monday and tuesdays from 4-5 and 5-6.  Make-up classes can be attended on sat morning at 9.  Occassionally, a speaker will be scheduled for Sunday night.  Those will be listed on your syllabus.
