Winter Program

The Swing Solutions Winter Program is designed to be an individual experience that allows each player to build their skill set one move, one  motion, and one concept at a time.

View our ebrochure and discover more about the program.

Filming - Each participant will be grouped with players of equal caliber/age or experience.  They will come once a week for their filming and swing time with Carolyn.  During each session they will be given an analysis that will provide them with a direction for improvement.  They will take notes and share those notes with the golf professionals who are supervising the practice nights.  At the end of nine weeks, we hope to have made steady and substantial progress with each student.

Practice Session  –The focus of this session allows the individuals time to practice the skills and movements that were identified during filming.  We will utilize St Margaret Mary in Neenah for our Saturday practice sessions. We will utilize two Appleton elementary schools for the weeknight practices.

Lecture Series – Lecture nights will be Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-5 and 5-6 and Saturday 9-10

Filming hours:  Monday thru Friday - 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8pm  Saturday - 10am, 11, 12, 1, 2 & 3pm

Lecture hoursMonday and Tuesday 4pm & 5pm Wednesday 5pm & Saturday 9am

Practice hours Students will select a one hour practice session per week on one of the following days:

Monday at Foster Elementary:  7-8:30
Wednesday at Ferber Elementary:  8-9:30pm
Friday at Ferber Elementary:  7-8:30pm
Friday at Foster Elementary: 7-8:30

Please note that Monday Feb 13 and Friday Feb 17 are unavailable at Foster.  Players will have to attend an alternate practice site.

As our program has grown, the need to place the kids in appropriate learning groups has become even more apparent.  Some players are relatively new to Swing Solutions; others have been with us for 2-3 years.  In order for the material to remain appropriate for the skill level, age and experience, we will be assigning player’s times for filming sessions.  Players may select their own practice and lecture times. Earlier sign-up will help us accommodate your schedule.   Swing Solutions has four core audiences: Girls, Middle School Boys, high school JV and Varsity/college bound players.

As a result, we will need to know what nights work best for each individual.  I will try to accommodate each individual to the best of my abilities, but it is inevitable that some folks will have to accept their second choice.  Player’s are welcomed to form groups with friends, however, skill level differences may dictate otherwise.  In addition, we will also work with student’s schedules for other extracurriculars and sports.
