Mental Game Consultant

Todd is the director and designer of the Student Success Center and the former Head Golf Coach at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. In 2009 & 2010, he was the recipient of the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference NCAA D-III coach of the year award. Mr. Monger continues to work at the University with the men’s and women’s golf program, lectures in the area of sports psychology as well as expanding his services to other college programs in the Twins Cities area.

He is committed to assisting athletes and organizations in harnessing their full potential by identify and removing the obstacles that prevent advancement within their sport. Todd is known for his creativity in finding ways to assist athletes in improving their mental approach to their game often using hands on interactive experience that leave a lasting impression. He is also the creator of the innovative Vision Instrument, a tool that visually assists athletes in identifying why their game falls in and out of the Zone and how to make mental adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Originally from Australia, Todd is an entertaining and excellent communicator in the area of Sports Psychology. Todd served as a key instructor at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Golf Camp, consulted for companies such as 360 Degree Golf & Totally Driven Golf, in addition to working with individuals from National NCAA D-III championship teams and others. In 2011 he was also privileged to be working with individuals in two different Major League Baseball organizations. Todd has also had several articles published online by the International Mental Game Association.

Areas of focus have included: The Planes of Play; The Black Hole of Frustration; Defining Self in a World of Errors; For the Love of the Game and more.
